Do you accept a return of defective product?

We do accept returns, provided the item is still in the original
pack and is not tampered with or deformed. A full refund will

What is your delivery period?
delivers within 48 hours of receiving payment (clear funds
into our account or online receipt) for Lagos orders. For
orders outside Lagos, delivery time is one week.....top

Q: Do you accept Home / Office delivery?
A: Yes. We do Home / Office delivery at a
reasonable fee, depending on your location and the weight
of the item concerned. The amount ranges from N500 (GBP2.5)
to N3,000 (GBP15). Please e-mail us or give us a call to arrange
for the delivery.....top
Q: Can you deliver on Saturdays, thats when I'm home?
A: We
deliver anyday of your choice, even on Sundays.....top
Q: Do you handle TV Commercials?
A: DTL Visual Concept handles all your TVcommercials,
be it new product launch or advert. We also do voice recording
and advert editing.....top
Q: Do you cover Corporate events?
A: Yes we do. Please contact us for AGMs, product launch, Cooperative
Society meeting, etc. We utilise modern video production equipments
which includes multiple camera and video mixer.....top
Q: What about multimedia Tutorial CDs?
A: We produce Tutorial CDs to your pecifications. This includes Corporate
Training CDs such as Fire Drills, Employee Orientations and
Documentaries for Schools. We will discuss and agree your

Q: Do you do digital photography?
A: We cover events and family picnics using the latest digital camera
up to 4 megapixels and high volume flash memory of over 16mb.

Q: Can you cover a Concert?
A: We cover events and this includes concerts. With our complete
video production mobile studio that includes RedHead light,
Camera mixer (VideoMixer), and sets of Digital Cmcoders with
powerful zoom, concerts are professionally covered. Post production
is subsequently finished in our studios.....top
Q: Are your camera NTSC or PAL?
A: We've a combination of PAL and NTSC camera. Depending
on Client's specific requirements, we produce videos using
any of the systems.....top
Q: What software do you use in video editing?
A: We
use Adobe Premiere 6.5 and Pinnacle DV500+. ....top
Q: Can you come and edit on our premises?
A: Yes, even if it involves project that takes days, one of our editors
will be available to work with you - using your equipments
and studio. If prefered by the Client, we can also bring our
editing suite to your premises.....top
Q: Can you convert my wedding VHS tapes to Video CD?
A: At DTL, we do VHS - VCD (or vice versa) conversion at reasonable
price, maximum 48 hours delivery time.....top
Q: Do you cover wedding ceremonies and Religious programmes?
A: Yes, we do. Just book at least one week in advance with us.....top

Q: Can I really get a guarantee that your training programme will
make me independent?
A: The quality of the training we give, coupled with our post-training
support programme ensures that our graduates are able to go
into self employment after their training. The courses are
'hands-on' in nature, with special emphasis being laid on
practical application. There is also a video on each of the
courses the students can buy for subsequent reference purposes.....top

A: Yes.....top
Q: Can you help find a job after the Training?
A: We encourage our graduates to seek self employment after the training
as the training is structured to adequately equip an average
hardworking person to do so. We do get an occasional request
for staffing requirements from clients though.....top
Q: Can I enrol for more than one course at a time?
A: Yes, we do give discounts of up to 10% if you enrol for more than
1 course at a time. Please check the course schedules for
your convenient time. You can call us (for a possible arrangement)
if you prefer a date and time not listed on the schedule.....top
Q: Do you really repair PCs and Laptops?
A: Yes, we do. At DTL PC Clinic, we use a modern diagnostics software
to first determine the fault with the system. Where the system
is repairable, the customer pays for required parts and the
fixed labour charge of N2,000. Where the faults are such a
major one or the one that is not 'repairable', the client
is not charged and the system is returned accordingly.....top
Q: Do you build complete systems?
A: Yes, we do, to your specifications. And this ranges from a home
PC to Office and 'high specs' Video Editing systems. ....top
Q: How long does the repairs take and what are your charges?
A: This depends on the volume of work on hands and how engaged our
Engineers are. However, we will complete your repair work
between 24 hours and one week. A fixed repair charge of N2,000
is charged. Customers are billed the cost of the spares separately.....top
Q: Can you pick up the systems to repaired from my office/home
and return same on completion of repairs?
A: Yes.....top
